Ron Novini started his endeavor in commercial real estate brokerage in 1984. His higher education consisted of a bachelor degree in cost accounting, a masters degree in program management and MBA in financial management. For a period of Six years and prior to starting in commercial real estate, he worked at a land development company as well as an insurance company in Los Angeles as an accountant and a financial manager.
Ron Novini established Consolidated Capital Investments in 1995 and serves as chief executive offer and president. Ron offers his clients expertise derived from over 30 years of local commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, consulting, and management services experience. A visionary in his field, Ron prides himself and CCI on exceptional service, solidity and ability to perform in a competitive marketplace.
Ron started as a commercial real estate agent with The Hanes Company in the Riverside office. The primary product Ron worked on was multi-unit residential investments including multi-unit apartment complexes, and mobile home parks in the Inland Empire area. After two years, he included office properties, retail properties, and mini storage properties and commercially zoned vacant land in his areas of activity. In 1988, Ron moved to the city of Santa Ana and concentrated more in the Orange County region.
Ron has been involved with the sale and leasing of over 1,000 properties, mostly in the city of Santa Ana. In addition to sales and leasing activities, Ron has developed a few retail properties in Santa Ana and Costa Mesa. Ron also assists clients as a consultant and adviser in value analysis, lease analysis and tenant representations, and appeared in courts as an expert witness for commercial real estate related cases.
